How long will it take until my order is shipped?
The moment you place an order it will be shipped the next day. Depending on where you are ordering from it may take 1 or 3 weeks to get to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately as of right now we are shipping only within Canada and the United States of America
What shipping service do you use?
We ship all of our items with Canada Post, UPS or DHL. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number.
Do you pay taxes/fees/duties?
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
Am I charged sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged to orders being shipped within the Canada
Can you do rushed production speeds?
The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you need your order by a specific date please email email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed.

Do you accept returns?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
